BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

• An entrance fee of ₱100 per person applies to all guests and players entering Pro Deck, unless otherwise stated in a specific promo or package.
• The entrance fee is payable onsite and is not included in the booking amount due.
• Pro Deck operates on a cashless payment system. Onsite payments may be made via GCash or bank transfer.
• All confirmed bookings are non-refundable.
• Bookings may be rescheduled with at least 10 days’ notice, subject to court availability.
• Rescheduling requests made less than 10 days before the booking date may no longer be accommodated.
• Confirmed bookings may be transferred to another person, provided Pro Deck is informed prior to the scheduled booking.
• Late arrivals will not extend the original booking time.
• Any additional court time is subject to availability and applicable charges.

VENUE

• Pro Deck courts use professional pickleball surfaces. Guests must exercise proper care to avoid damage.
• Court shoes or rubber-soled sports shoes only. Heels and footwear that may damage or mark the court are prohibited.
• Only water is allowed on the court proper.
• Strictly no outside food and beverages are allowed inside Pro Deck, as food and drinks are available at the cafe.
• Equipment, tables, chairs, and other items must not be dragged across the court surface.
• Only players, coaches, referees, medics, and authorized personnel may enter the court proper.
• Any damage to Pro Deck facilities, courts, equipment, walls, floors, or fixtures caused by a guest may be charged accordingly.
• Attachments using nails, screws, pins, strong adhesives, double-sided tape, staples, or similar materials are not allowed without prior approval.

GUEST CONDUCT

• Pro Deck is a non-smoking facility. Smoking or vaping is allowed only in designated areas, if available.
• Alcoholic beverages are not permitted unless specifically approved by management for an authorized event.
• Guests must maintain proper decorum, cleanliness, and sportsmanship at all times.
• Pro Deck reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals who fail to comply with facility rules or staff instructions.
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Pro Deck is not liable for lost, stolen, or unattended items.
• Parking is subject to availability. Pro Deck is not liable for theft, damage, accidents, towing, or other incidents involving vehicles within or around the premises.

LIABILITY

• Guests acknowledge that pickleball and other recreational activities involve inherent risks, including slips, falls, collisions, impact injuries, and other accidents.
• All participants voluntarily participate at their own risk.
• To the extent permitted by law, Pro Deck, its owners, employees, coaches, representatives, and affiliates shall not be held liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in activities or use of the facility.
• Guests shall be responsible for any loss, injury, or property damage resulting from their own negligence, misconduct, or failure to follow facility rules.
• Pro Deck shall not be liable for illness or injury resulting from food or beverages brought in or supplied by third-party providers.

PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE

Guests acknowledge that photographs and videos may be taken within Pro Deck during games, events, or activities. By entering the facility, guests grant Pro Deck permission to use such photos or videos for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes, unless they inform management otherwise.

ACCEPTANCE

By confirming a booking, registering for an activity, or entering the Pro Deck facility, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
